Actor, writer and director Zach Braff announced he’s turning to Kickstarter to fund his new indie film “Wish I was Here.” He says the crowdfunding platform is “a new paradigm for filmmakers who want to make smaller, personal films without having to sign away any of their artistic freedom.” If he raises $2M, this film will be his indie follow up to Garden State (2004).

Where two amazing things intersect: Zach Braff, meet Kickstarter. Things are about to get magical.
